Studio Patrizia Keller operates an online shop on this website. The services of the online shop are provided exclusively under the conditions of these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Prices and shipping costs
Prices are in CHF (Swiss francs).

International customers are responsible for all charges incurred in their country (import duties and customs). Studio Patrizia Keller is not responsible for local customs duties and the amount that can be imported duty free into your country. All fees are to be paid by the customer and will not be reimbursed by Studio Patrizia Keller.

The delivery costs are displayed in the online shop before the purchase is completed.

Studio Patrizia Keller reserves the right to change prices at any time. The prices published at the time of ordering apply to the customer.

3. Information on availability
As Studio Patrizia Keller produces and sells individual items, some items may already have been ordered by another buyer during the ordering process and may therefore be sold out. If this is the case, it will not be possible to place an order.

4. Order and conclusion of contract
The order is binding for the customer as soon as he places it via the online shop. The purchase contract in the online shop is concluded with the confirmation of the customer’s order. A confirmation of the order is automatically sent to the customer by e-mail. Subsequently, the customer’s order is automatically invoiced.

5. Payments
Immediately after the order Studio Patrizia Keller invoices the customer the order amount and forwarding expenses against prepayment.
Studio Patrizia Keller sends the order as soon as the requested amount is received on Studio Patrizia Keller’s account.

6. Delivery conditions
If not stated otherwise, the goods will be sent to the address stated in the order.
Studio Patrizia Keller sends all articles with the Swiss post. The articles are dispatched within 2 – 4 days after receipt of payment for the order.

Shipping Switzerland: Items are shipped by B-Post (PostPac Economy) within 2 working days.
International shipping: Depending on the destination country, shipping takes between 4 and 15 days.

7. Returns
Studio Patrizia Keller ships with the utmost care. All items are well packed and padded. In this way, damage in transit is excluded as far as possible for Studio Patrizia Keller. Should the goods nevertheless arrive damaged or be lost, Studio Patrizia Keller accepts no responsibility. However, Studio Patrizia Keller will try to find an amicable solution.

In principle, sales cannot be cancelled. If the customer is justifiably dissatisfied with the goods, he can contact Studio Patrizia Keller to find out about a suitable agreement.

8. Modification and care of the products
Studio Patrizia Keller works with natural materials, mainly wood. Deviations in colour and grain compared to the illustration in the online shop therefore do not constitute defects. Changes in the colour and feel of the item due to the use of the product are unavoidable and are part of the natural ageing process of a wooden product.
Wood is alive, therefore it is recommended to care for the item regularly.

9. Privacy policy
The data necessary for the transaction of business will be stored. Studio Patrizia Keller treats all data confidentially and does not sell them to third parties.
